Disclosed is a heavy concrete composition which uses slag by-products, comprising: ground granulated blast furnace slag; slow-cooling electric-arc-furnace oxidising slag or steel-making slag atomised using fine aggregate; coarse aggregate; water; and a chemical admixture, wherein the components are based on 100 parts by weight of high-early-strength cement.
